The Battle of Komaki-Nagakute was depicted in the NHK Taiga drama "Dosuru Ieyasu."
One of the fierce battles that took place near Inuyama Castle was the Battle of Haguro, which was also portrayed in the drama.
The battle between Mori Nagayoshi, also known as "Oni Musashi" (Demon Musashi), who surprisingly appeared in the drama, and Sakai Tadatsugu, one of the Four Heavenly Kings of the Tokugawa, subtly depicted the weapon "ningen mukotsu," which truly thrilled history fans.

Sakakibara Yasumasa, who suggested strengthening the defenses of Komakiyama Castle during the Battle of Komaki-Nagakute.
He wrote letters provoking Hideyoshi and is depicted as a warrior skilled in both literary and martial arts. While he previously had a somewhat minor presence, he has recently shown remarkable growth.

The photo shows Inuyama Castle, which I visited last year. It's one of the 12 existing castle towers and a national treasure, and it looks cute, almost like a face, when viewed from the front.
