SAMURAI FES, which began on November 11th, has successfully concluded.

Thank you very much to everyone who came.

Not only friends, fellow artists, and history enthusiasts, but also families of my children's friends came, as this was my home turf.
We also had a splendid lineup including descendants of warlords such as the Kuroda, Sanada, Ukita, Saika, Chosokabe, and Akechi families.

Furthermore, it was a great pleasure to see visitors of all ages, including tourists from the UK who discovered this exhibition and people from distant parts of Japan such as Kishiwada.

During the exhibition, we received many kind words in our surveys.
Here are some of them, summarized:
⭕️Many people commented that the individuality of each of the three artists was clearly expressed, and even when depicting the same samurai, completely different worlds could be felt.
⭕️We also received feedback that being able to hear the artists' explanations and the stories behind their creations directly allowed them to deeply enjoy the intricate details.
⭕️Regarding my samurai typography, we heard that its appeal was particularly strong for those knowledgeable about history, and that its design, fitting for modern life, felt fresh.
⭕️It was also memorable to hear someone who traveled a long distance say, "It was worth coming all the way from Nagano."
⭕️Additionally, many were impressed by the fun of Saeemon's acrylic layer works and the powerful compositions of Koichi Suzuki-sensei, and we heard various direct feedback at the venue.
⭕️There was also a comment saying, "I thought art exhibitions were intimidating, but I'm really glad I came for the first time," and I am grateful to those who bravely visited.
⭕️We also received feedback that both the English and Japanese typography were appealing, and that the works would resonate with international audiences.

And there is just one apology.
At the venue, I really wanted to take commemorative photos with everyone who came, but due to explanations of the works and customer service, I missed the timing and couldn't photograph everyone.
To those who might think, "I'm not in any photos," I am truly sorry. I completely failed to capture those moments. I will be more careful next time.
Once again, I sincerely thank everyone who visited and supported us.
I will continue my creative work for the next challenge. I look forward to your continued support.
