Yoshikuni exhibited at Fashion World Tokyo, held last week, to promote their samurai typography graphics and T-shirts.
Yoshikuni's concept of "showcasing the samurai" was well-received by many people.
The newly released "Tokugawa Series" also attracted many visitors. This series uses graphics called samurai typography to express the images of warlords such as Tokugawa Ieyasu, Honda Tadakatsu, and Ii Naomasa, and has gained support from history buffs.
Overseas, too, more and more people are showing interest in Yoshikuni's graphics. Brands from China, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Poland have also expressed interest. Domestically, select shops from various regions have shown interest and requested local samurai typography.
Furthermore, we received requests for collaboration from event organizers, and we realized that the power of Yoshikuni's graphics is spreading more widely than we had imagined.
We also received requests to use the graphics on items we had not envisioned at all, and we felt that Yoshikuni's samurai typography has the potential to add new value to existing items.
With the exhibition at Fashion World Tokyo as a starting point, Yoshikuni's samurai typography has gained recognition both domestically and internationally. Among those who picked up our works, there are people who support Yoshikuni, and we felt new possibilities for future developments.
Please come and experience Yoshikuni's samurai typography and our worldview.
