Why Did He Change Lords Seven Times? | Todo Takatora Samurai Typography T-Shirt [Kids]
Chris Glenn × Yoshikuni
「Why did he change lords seven times?」
Chris Glenn, a radio DJ who shares Japanese history and culture.
Yoshikuni, who expresses the samurai way of life through typography.
The person we chose this time was Todo Takatora.
A Sengoku period warlord who changed lords seven times.
His way of life still sparks much debate.
However, what Takatora sought was a place where he could utilize his abilities and be fairly recognized.
Not afraid of change, he made decisions with an eye on the future.
Sympathizing with his way of life, we created this work.
To the person who wears this piece
People who like Todo Takatora.
People who like the Sengoku period.
People who were drawn to this design.
And people who have chosen their own path.
We hope this work will be an opportunity to learn about Todo Takatora.
